Described initially here in [http://forum.nasaspaceflight.com/index.php?topic=37642.msg1385111#msg1385111 this NSF post], this design has gone through several changes.  The base hexagon cone design has remained the same.  Three cones are planned, one solid copper frustum to replicate other designs, one with perforated copper for the walls to allow for thermal venting, and one unknown.

ElectroMagnetic Reaction Drive
